Seven sculptural fish were suspended at varying heights over the central stairwell of Bozman Government Ceter. At the bottom of the stairwell was an artificial riverbed of branches and bamboo to give the illusion of being in an aquarium. Two fish were made of Celastic (plastic impregnated fabric which becomes moldable mixed with solvent) while the others were ceramic.
