Green Community Tour: Homes, Gardens & More!

Get ideas and inspiration to help build a greener community in Arlington on Sunday, June 1, 2025 11-4:30pm!

• 11-12:30: Join us for a Community Welcome Celebration at Arlington Central Library
• 12-4:30: Visit green homes, gardens and community spaces throughout Arlington.

The 2025 Green Community Tour will showcase sustainable homes and gardens in Arlington. Features include energy efficient and water-saving technologies, solar energy, rain gardens, native plants, wildlife habitat and more. We ask for a $5 donation to EcoAction Arlington for the tour. 

The Community Welcome Celebration at Arlington Central Library is a free event featuring electric vehicles, exhibits and family-friendly fun! 

The celebration and tour are sponsored by EcoAction Arlington, Virginia Cooperative Extension - Master Gardeners, Arlington Regional Master Naturalists, Arlington Public Libraries, Arlington County’s Office of Sustainability and Environmental Management.
