Job Avenue helps put people with mental health challenges on the path to independence by providing employment opportunities and supports.

The supported employment program assists individuals in finding and maintaining employment of their choice. Services include:
- Situational Assessment: An opportunity for a consumer to “try out” for jobs that are of interest and a good match to him/her.
- Job Development: Direct, active, individual assistance with job seeking and job maintenance skills, job matching and prospective employer contacts.
- Job Placement and Training: Individual placement and initial training in competitive employment along with support and ongoing training while on the job.
- Follow Along Services: Provided to all consumers placed in a Supported Employment job placement. Ongoing support and assistance are given to the individual and the employer.
Job Avenue also offers training to prepare individuals for employment.
Job Avenue serves clients enrolled in a mental health program.
