Arlington County is offering FREE COVID-19 primary series vaccines and boosters at Sequoia Plaza. Walk-in or schedule an appointment.

Arlington County Public Health Division’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic will permanently close on Dec. 17, 2022.

Please note: Children 17 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive their free COVID-19 vaccine. Please bring any form of identification to confirm your identity (examples include utility bill, paystub, insurance card, or a driver’s license). Second dose appointments for Pfizer, Moderna, and Novavax can be scheduled at the time of the first dose.
