Arlington County’s Public Health Division is offering FREE COVID-19 vaccines to anyone 5 years and older. 

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR:

  • 5-11-year-olds
  • Booster doses of Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines for adults 18 years and older. Eligible individuals may choose which vaccine they receive as a booster dose. 
  • Additional doses (third doses) of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for moderately to severely immunocompromised people.

WALK-INS & APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR:

  • First doses of Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines for anyone 12 years and older.
  • Second doses of Pfizer and Moderna for anyone 12 years and older.  

Please note: Children 17 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive their free COVID-19 vaccine. Please bring any form of identification to confirm your identity (examples include utility bill, paystub, insurance card, or a driver’s license).

Note: Vaccine appointments for 5–11-year-olds will only be offered 2–7 p.m.

  • Dec. 4 – 5: Both clinics reserved for 5-11-year-old 2nd dose appointments only.

Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson

Appointments are required for 5-11-year-olds, additional doses, and booster doses.

Booster Dose Eligibility

Pfizer or Moderna

The CDC recommends that everyone 18 years and older should get a booster dose at least six months (180 days) after completion of their primary Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine series (i.e., first two doses).

Johnson & Johnson

The CDC recommends that everyone 18 years and older should get a booster dose at least two months after their primary dose (i.e., single dose) of Johnson & Johnson.

Second Dose Appointments for Pfizer and Moderna
