Until Help Arrives Training
Until Help Arrives instructors will teach you skills to respond to traumatic injuries from a car crash, events like an active shooting, or household injury. Learn how to maintain situational awareness, stop the bleeding, move and position the injured, and provide psychological support to the wounded.

In place of the classroom part, please watch the Until Help Arrives (UAH) course online, which may be completed at times convenient to you. Watching the digital sessions before the hands-on practice is strongly recommended.
Bring your family. Learning together allows for treasured family time and it’s such an effective way to bring the family together and learn new skills. Ages 13+. Parents/tutors of younger kids that might be interested, please email us at lcortes1@arlingtonva.us to explore accommodations.
As a reminder from Arlington CERT, all participants must be fully vaccinated in order to participate in an in-person, hands-on practice event. COVID-19 FAQs, Arlington County.
If you do not feel well, have any COVID-19 symptoms before the event, or if you have had recent contact with anyone you suspect or know to be COVID-19 positive, please do not participate in this event, but rather visit the UHA page to register for future event dates as those are announced.
