Upcoming Changes to Permitting Fees

The FY2023 budget adopted by the County Board includes adjustments to the following fees, which will go into effect on July 1, 2022.

New fee for the review of landscape plans for one- and two-family dwellings
4% fee increase related to inflation adjustments
Address technical corrections to phased development site plan amendment applications and site plan resubmission fees

Fee schedules will be updated accordingly.
