Inmate Services Programs
The Inmate Services Section works in alignment with the security staff in the Detention Facility to enhance security within a direct supervision environment. Inmate Service Counselors ensure appropriate housing arrangements and address any issues that arise. Through the classification and case management and case management processes, the section determines which inmates can coexist peacefully in housing units, supporting overall control to better behavioral management. Inmate programming also plays a key role in promoting rehabilitation. Each inmate's progress is monitored by an assigned case manager who works with them to enroll in facility programs and employment opportunities, fostering personal growth. The staff in this section provide inmates with a platform to express their emotions constructively and empower them to adopt positive behavioral changes.
