Inmate Services Programs
The Inmate Services Section aligns its objectives with those of the security staff in the Detention Facility, aiming to fortify security measures within a direct supervision environment. Inmate Service Counselors ensure suitable housing arrangements while actively seeking resolutions to identified issues. Through classification and case management processes, the Section determines which inmates can coexist harmoniously in housing units, thereby supporting control measures. Providing assistance to challenging inmates contributes to better behavioral management. Additionally, inmate programming promotes rehabilitation efforts. Each inmate's progress is closely monitored by an assigned case manager who collaborates with them to enroll in facility programs and employment opportunities, fostering their personal development. Staff members in this division offer a platform for inmates to express emotions constructively and empower them to embrace positive behavioral changes.
