CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or adjustment of a reservation must be reported at least 72 hours in advance of the use date to the Administrative Services Office by phone (703-228-4747, option 2) OR email (facilitiesscheduling@arlingtonva.us). A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds or credits. No refund or credit will be allowed if cancellation or adjustment is not received at least 72 hours in advance of the facility use.
