- A staff member is present during the contracted rental period.
- Arlington County staff can not sign for delivery of rental equipment or supplies.
- NO smoking is allowed in the building.
- Red wine is allowed. No red dye based mixed drinks may be served.
- Please have your guest park in the parking lot located at the east-end of the park, this lot includes two spaces designated for handicapped parking. You may also park on the north side of 24th Street adjacent to the park.
- Only the catering staff may park behind the Hendry House.
- In order to preserve the floor, tables and chairs should be carried to their location, not dragged.
- Please make sure your caterer is aware of condensation, drips, or spills that have occurred.
- Plastic must be placed underneath coolers, kegs, ice tubs, or any other containers.
- The staff member provides all cleaning materials, except trash bags (Brooms, dustpans, mop, bucket, and other cleaning supplies).
At the end of the rental period, you or your agent must:
- Remove all equipment from the Hendry House.
- Sweep all floors.
- Mop the kitchen floor.
- Clean kitchen counters, stove top, and sinks.
- Remove and take with you all trash.
