Gymnastics Job Opportunities

Competitive Team

Gymnastics Teams are offered and administered by Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation at the Barcroft Sport and Fitness Center.  Coaches and staff of the program are employees of the Department of Parks and Recreation.  The teams compete during the regular season and hold open tryouts in the spring each year. Interested in participating?  

Free and open tryouts for the team are typically held in the Spring, but due to the uncertainty of Covid-19 and maintaining safe social distancing parameters, we have cancelled all tryouts for both the Arlington Aerials and Arlington Tigers teams for the 2020-2021 season. Arlington Aerials Gymnastics (Girls)

The team includes girls pre-team and USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic compulsory levels 3 through 5 and optional levels 6 through 10, as well as a USA Gymnastics Xcel team levels Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

Arlington Tigers Gymnastics (Boys)

The team includes boys pre-team and USA Gymnastics compulsory levels 4-7, optional levels 8-10 and an Xcel team.
