Saving Claire: The Story of Denying Gravity is a film that explores the complexities of aging and fall risks through Claire’s attitudes and actions and her spiral after her fall. View the film and listen to a panel discussion on preventing falls facilitated by Sara Pappa, Ph.D. Assistant Professor, Marymount University & Center for Optimal Aging. On your way to the program, stop by an information table to learn more about the variety of programs VHC Health offers for older adults, including a free walking program, caregiver support group, monthly educational webinars, and in-person programs. VHC also offers the Lifeline Medical Alert system, which is a wearable button used to call for help in an emergency. Assistance will be available at the information table in English and Spanish. Open to all ages: no 55+ Pass required.
