Oct. 19 - Due to Trunk or Treat, some amenities at the park may be unavailable for public use. The park, track and weight room will remain open to the public.
This 31-acre park has loads of fun things to enjoy! By the community center are multi-purpose lighted courts for pickleball, volleyball and basketball along with pre-school and school-age playgrounds featuring a large net climber, a sand box and group swings. Check out the hill slides, the first in Arlington. Courts may be used for pickleball or tennis from sunrise to sunset, except when courts are lighted. If lighted, all uses will end at 10 p.m
The park also offers a large, open manicured lawn for casual use and a new boardwalk to connect to the forested area of Lubber Run Park. Further into the park you can have a meal outdoors under the picnic shelter, use the charcoal grills, relax under the gazebo, check out a show at the amphitheater or use the paved path and natural trails for a walk. There are also public restrooms and drinking fountain available. Find out if your dog should play in the stream.
Conducting business services or activities for financial gain (such as classes, personal or group fitness training, dog exercise, or taking photographs or videos for commercial use) is strictly prohibited unless authorized by a County issued permit or contract.
