The Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) emphasizes aging in place through care coordination and supportive services to ensure older adults and persons with disabilities can live at home and in their community.
For persons with developmental disabilities
Adult Protective Services (APS) receives, identifies and investigates reports of abuse, neglect or exploitation of adults age 18 years or older who are incapacitated or anyone 60 and older.

The RAFT program provides direct intensive mental health services to older adults, trainings and consultations in Assisted Living and Nursing Homes, as well as to interested individuals and groups in the community.
