Public Input on Audits

Hi, my name is Chris Horton, and I serve as the Arlington County Auditor. As part of the annual process of developing the County Auditor’s Work Plan, I’m reaching out to the Arlington Community to solicit topics for possible inclusion in the Work Plan or the Audit Horizon. The Work Plan identifies my activities for the year, while the Audit Horizon identifies audit areas and objectives that may not be addressed in the current year, but are worthy of careful consideration for inclusion in future Work Plans.

Please be aware that while few audit topics are selected for the annual Work Plan, I receive, review, and catalog each submission. To facilitate that process, please provide only one audit topic per submission. You are not limited in the number of topics you may submit. Thank you for your participation in this important process.
