SP# 190 Flying Donkey LLC, dba SER Restaurant for a site plan amendment to allow the construction of a permanent outdoor pergola for the purpose of expanding its seating capacity in the C-O-2.5 zoning district under ACZO §7.1, §7.12, §15.5.  Property is approximately 59,024.89 sq. ft.; located at 1110 N. SP# 269 Richmond Square, L.C. for a site plan amendment to allow retail or retail-equivalent uses in the C-O-A zoning district under ACZO §7.1, §7.14, §15.5. Property is approximately 51,000 sq. ft.; located at 900 N. Randolph Street (RPC# 14-046-029). Modifications of zoning ordinance requirements include: modifications as necessary to achieve the proposed development plan. Applicable Policies: GLUP “Coordinated Mixed Use Development”; Ballston Sector Plan; Arlington County Retail Plan.

SP# 331 PPF OFF 950 N. Glebe Road, LLC to construct a one-story addition and amend conditions relating to ground floor uses in the C-O-2.5 zoning district under ACZO 15.5.  Property is approximately 77,800 sq. ft.; located at 950 N. Glebe Rd.
