ZOA-2019-08 Amendment to the Arlington County Zoning Ordinance §14.3.7 to modify the parking standards for child care centers including amending the parking ratio to 1 space per 10 children and eliminating the 1/3-mile distance to transit requirement to be eligible for a parking modification.

SUBJECT: Enactment of an Ordinance to Permit Encroachment of Awnings, Stairs and Handicap Lift at 1735 N. Lynn Street onto an Easement for Public Street Purposes on N. Lynn Street, RPC # 16-039-018, with Conditions.
SUBJECT: Vacation of Portions of an Existing Easement for Elevators and Subsurface Related Facilities on Parcel C, Property of Dominion Investments, Inc., 4420 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia (RPC# 14-051-019).
SUBJECT: License Agreement for Small Cell Wireless Installations on Certain County Structures.
SUBJECT: Ordinance to amend, reenact and recodify Chapter 22 (Street Development and Construction) Section 22-8.2 of the County Code of Arlington County, Virginia, 1957, to remove the current prohibition on installation and maintenance of small cell facilities on County-owned structures in the public right-of-way of the County, to be effective August 1, 2019.

SP# 169 Serdar Yilmaz to make structural changes to an individual townhouse, per site plan conditions in the C-O-1.0 zoning district under ACZO §7.10; §15.5. Property is located at 842 N. Jackson St. (RPC# 19-014-055). Modifications of zoning ordinance requirements include: dormer roof and other modifications as necessary to achieve the proposed development plan. SP# 403 2009 N. 14th Street, LLC to allow office uses in an approved retail space in the C-O zoning district under ACZO §7.1, §7.13, §15.5.
