TRAFFIC ALERT: Irish Fest on N. Irving Street

ARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department will close N. Irving Street, between Wilson Boulevard and the alleyway behind Liberty Tavern from approximately 7:00 a.m. on Friday, March 17 to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 18 to accommodate the Irish Fest hosted by O’Sullivan’s Irish Pub & Restaurant.

Traffic is expected to be impacted in the area and motorists should seek alternate routes to reduce road congestion. Event attendees are encouraged to use Metro and other forms of multimodal transportation. The Clarendon Metro Station (Orange and Silver lines) is located within walking distance to the event.

Street parking in the area will be restricted and motorists should be on the lookout for temporary “No Parking” signs. Illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed. If your vehicle is towed from a public street, please call the Emergency Communications Center at 703-558-2222.
