REPORTS

ROBBERY, 2022-09270131, 1900 block of N. Lynn Street. At approximately 12:59 p.m. on September 27, police were dispatched to the report of disorderly conduct inside a business. Upon police arrival, the suspect exited the business and attempted to flee the area. As officers were attempting to detain him to continue their investigation, he actively resisted but was taken into custody with the assistance of additional arriving officers. During a search of the suspect incident to arrest, suspected narcotics were recovered. The investigation determined the suspect entered the business and became involved in a verbal dispute with the employees, during which he allegedly demanded money. Terry William Cordell Clark, 19, of Washington D.C. was arrested and charged with Attempted Robbery (x3), Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance and Obstruction of Justice.
