REPORTS


MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2020-10310046, Wilson Boulevard at N. Highland Street. At approximately 2:18 a.m. on October 31, an officer working the nightlife detail observed a subject with a knife and detained him without incident. It was determined that two males were involved in a verbal altercation when the subject attempted to intervene. Upon doing so, he was physically assaulted by one of the involved males and fell to the ground. He stood up, brandished a knife in an attempt to stop the assault, and walked away from the incident. During the course of the investigation, the predominant aggressor in the assault was identified. Griffin Condon, 22, of Wareham, MA was arrested and charged with Malicious Wounding and Drunk in Public. He was held on no bond.

ROBBERY (late), 2020-10310075, 1600 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 5:00 a.m. on October 31, police were dispatched to the late report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that at 4:24 a.m., two suspects entered a business. Suspect 1 approached an employee and brandished a firearm while Suspect 2 demanded cash from the register. The suspects fled the scene on foot after stealing an undisclosed amount of cash. Suspect 1 is described as a White male wearing a black puffy jacket with a red shirt underneath, black ski mask and khaki pants. Suspect 2 is described as a White male wearing a black jacket, light blue ripped jeans and a black ski mask. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY, 2020-10290105, 1000 block of N. Fillmore Street. At approximately 3:20 p.m. on October 29, police were dispatched to the report of a larceny. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim's storage locker was entered and items of value moved. During the investigation, eight additional storage lockers were determined to have been entered and items moved. The investigation is ongoing. 

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2020-10300039, 2000 block of 5th Street S. At approximately 3:23 a.m. on October 30, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined the suspect allegedly entered a business through a window and was located by staff in an employee lounge. Henry Boyle, 21, of College Park, MD, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry and Drunk in Public.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2020-10310043, 5000 block of 10th Street S. At approximately 2:11 a.m. on October 31, police were dispatched to the report of an attempted breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim heard a window to his residence open and observed an unknown male suspect. When the victim called out to the suspect, he fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, possibly in his early 20's, with short, dark hair. He was wearing a dark colored sweatshirt and light colored jeans at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
