REPORTS
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2020-06080080, Custis Trail at 15
th Street N/N. Quincy Street. At approximately 10:55 a.m. on June 8, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was running on the Custis trail when she observed the suspect turn away from the trail, then turn back towards her, exposing himself. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20's, with brown hair, wearing blue shorts, no shirt, and a black fanny pack. The investigation is ongoing.
