REPORTS
ARMED ROBBERY, 2019-11110190, Columbia Pike at S. Joyce Street. At approximately 5:28 p.m. on November 11, an officer on patrol was flagged down by an individual requesting assistance. The investigation determined that the victim was walking in the area when she was approached her from behind by two suspects. The female suspect demanded her belongings and cell phone, while the male suspect brandished a firearm. The suspects fled the area with the victim's belongings prior to police arrival and the victim ran to seek assistance. The victim was not injured. Suspect One is described as a white female, with a skinny build, brown hair, wearing a pink shirt, a dark colored vest and dark pants. Suspect Two is described as a heavy set white male, wearing a black vest, white shirt, white hat and jeans. The investigation is ongoing.
ROBBERY, 2019-11110068, 1500 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 9:00 a.m. on November 11, police were dispatched to the report of a larceny just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 8:51 a.m., two male suspects entered a business and were allegedly observed by an employee selecting merchandise and concealing it in bags. The employee confronted Suspect One, who then threatened him, causing him to contact police. Both suspects took additional merchandise and exited the business without paying. The suspects fled prior to police arrival. Suspect One is described as a black male, in his mid to late 20's, 5'10"-6'0", athletic build, wearing a hat, black vest, red short sleeve shirt with a white long sleeve shirt underneath, black pants and black shoes. Suspect Two is described as a black male, in his mid to late 20's, skinny build, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY, 2019-11110166, 1100 block of N. George Mason Drive. At approximately 3:45 p.m. on November 11, police were dispatched to the late report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 12:00 a.m. on September 27 and 2:45 p.m. on November 11, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry to a residence and tampered with items, leaving behind personal belongings. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
