REPORTS


MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2019-05010111, 2600 block of Jefferson Davis Highway. At approximately 10:15 a.m. on May 1 police responded to the report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, it was determined that during a verbal dispute, the suspect produced a knife and struck the male victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect was taken into police custody without incident. Anthony Jones, 61, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Aggravated Malicious Wounding and Stab While in the Commission of a Felony.
