REPORTS


ROBBERY, 2019-03040231, 1200 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 9:22 a.m. on March 4, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined that four suspects entered a business, grabbed cell phones from a display and attempted to flee the scene. While fleeing, one suspect struck a store employee while another suspect was detained. Sebastian Diaz, 18, of Hyattsville, MD was arrested and charged with Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny and Trespassing. The three other suspects remain outstanding. Suspect One is described as a black male, 17-20 years of age, approximately 5'6 — 5'8, wearing a dark jacket. Suspect Two is described as a black male, 17-20 years of age, approximately 5'6 — 5'8, wearing a black leather jacket. Suspect Three is described as a black male with short black hair, approximately 6'0 — 6'2, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
