REPORTS


INDECENT EXPOSURE (late), 2019-12170144, 4200 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 2:51 p.m. on December 17, police were dispatched to the late report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that on December 14, the unknown suspect was inside of a business when the victim observed him touching himself inappropriately. The suspect is described as a black male in his late 30's, with a dark complexion and scruffy beard. The investigation is ongoing.
