REPORTS
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2019-08040078, 1900 block of N. Culpeper Street. At approximately 10:29 a.m. on August 4, police were dispatched to the report of a fight between two male subjects. Upon arrival, it was determined that a verbal dispute between known individuals escalated and became physical, with one suffering from a laceration. Both male subjects were transported to an area hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY, 2019-08020225, 5000 block of Columbia Pike. At approximately 5:45 p.m. on August 2, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary just discovered. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 7:00 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to a residence and stole items of value and an undisclosed amount of cash. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY (late), 2019-08030046, 1300 block of S. Scott Street. At approximately 2:51 a.m. on August 3, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary just discovered. Upon arrival, it was determined that between July 31 and August 3, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to a residence and stole items of value. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
BURGLARY (late), 2019-08030067, 1300 block of S. Quincy Street. At approximately 5:40 a.m. on August 3, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that between August 2 at 1:45 p.m. and August 3 at 4:12 a.m., an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to a construction site and stole items of value. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
