REPORTS

MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2018-11270248, 2900 block of S. Glebe Road. At approximately 11:35 p.m. on October 27, police were dispatched to a residence in the City of Alexandria for the late report of an attempted robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was walking in the area when he was approached by two male suspects who demanded money. When the victim stated he did not have any money, one suspect brandished a knife and stabbed the victim, causing a laceration. The suspects then fled the scene on foot without any of the victim's property. The victim was transported to an area hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. The suspects are described as black males wearing dark clothing. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY, 2018-11270233, 1000 block of N. Quincy Street. At approximately 9:26 p.m. on November 27, police were dispatched to the report of a possible burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 8:30 a.m. on November 18 and 8:20 p.m. on November 26, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the victim's residence and stole items of value from the residence. There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing.
