REPORTS
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2018-07050034, 5100 block of Columbia Pike. At approximately 3:32 a.m. on July 5, police were dispatched to the report of an assault just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that a verbal dispute between the victim and suspect escalated to physical violence, resulting in the victim being struck multiple times and suffering lacerations. The suspect fled on foot prior to police arrival. A lookout was broadcast and units canvased the area with negative results. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6'1", 160 lbs., with a low haircut, wearing khaki pants and no shirt. The investigation is ongoing.
