FORGED VEHICLE REGISTRATION OR TITLE, 2017-03280302, Jefferson Davis Highway at 23rd Street S. At approximately 11:00 p.m. on March 28, an officer on routine patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the vehicle displayed a fraudulent license plate and the driver was in possession of a fraudulent registration. Angel Villalba, 26, of Fort Washington, MD was arrested and charged with Possessing Forged Registration, Possessing Forged License Plates, and Driving with No Operators License. She was released on bond.
