REPORTS

LARCENY FROM AUTO (Series), 2017-02250088, 6000 block of 23^rd Street N. At approximately 6:11 a.m. on February 25, police were dispatched to the report of a tampering with auto that had just occurred. A witness confronted a suspect he observed inside a neighbor's vehicle. The suspect fled the scene in a maroon colored sedan. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5'10" and weighing 160 lbs. He was wearing a black hoodie and black pants at the time of the incident. While canvassing the area, police discovered approximately 30 unlocked vehicles were entered and numerous items of value stolen.

MISSILE INTO OCCUPIED DWELLING, 2017-02260067, 1400 block of S. George Mason Drive. At approximately 5:04 a.m. on February 26, police were dispatched to the report of a destruction of property. The female victim advised she was insider her residence when she heard some movement outside her window. Several seconds later, a large rock came through the window causing it to break. There is no suspect(s) description.

BURGLARY, 2017-02250155, 1600 block of Crystal Square. Between 7:00 p.m. on February 24 and 11:00 a.m. on February 25, an unknown subject(s) forced entry inside a business and stole numerous items of value. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
