REPORTS
ROBBERY, 2016-11080285, 3000 block of N. Highland Street. At approximately 10:10 p.m. on November 8, police responded to the report of a robbery. The male victim was standing next to an alley when three white male subjects approached him. The suspects assaulted the victim, stole his personal belongings and fled the scene on foot. There are no additional details on the suspect's descriptions.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, 2016-11080208, 2100 block of S. Nelson Street. At approximately 5:02 p.m. on November 8, police responded to the report of a suspiscious person. The juvenile female reported seeing a man dressed as a clown that tried to scare her. The subject is described as a black male, approximately 5'5" with an average build. A canvas of the area returned negative results.
