REPORTS

ATTEMPTED MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 160629041, 300 block of N. Thomas Street. At approximately 8:30 p.m. on June 28, following a verbal altercation, a female suspect retrieved an object and threw it at the windshield of a vehicle, causing it to shatter. Tyangela Shartel Collins, 26, of Arlington VA, was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding, and two counts of destruction of property. She is being held without bond.
