REPORTS


ROBBERY, 2020-05310041, 4200 block of Fairfax Drive. At approximately 3:44 a.m. on May 31, police were dispatched to the report of a larceny just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect allegedly entered a business, and attempted to access locked merchandise. The suspect was asked to leave by an employee, which he complied with. He later returned to the business, selected merchandise, and, when approached by an employee, the suspect allegedly threatened the employee and fled in possession of stolen merchandise prior to police arrival. Arriving officers located the suspect in the area and took him into custody without incident. Charles Middleton, 30, of Fairfax, Va., was arrested and charged with Robbery and Drunk in Public and held on no bond.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2020-05310007, 4700 block of Chesterfield Road. At approximately 12:30 a.m. on May 31, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary alarm. Arriving officers observed four suspects inside of a building and established a perimeter. While clearing the building, the four suspects were located on the roof and taken into custody without incident. William Long, 18, Jared Smith, 19, Dennis Ferm III, 19, and Cameron Garama, 18, all of Arlington, Va., were charged Unlawful Entry and released on a summons.

MISSILE INTO OCCUPIED DWELLING, 2020-05310168, 5000 block of Lee Highway. At approximately 11:24 p.m. on May 31, police were dispatched to the report of a destruction of property. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect, who was a passenger in a vehicle in a drive thru line, became irate while waiting for his order, exited his vehicle and threw a cell phone at the window of the business, causing damage. The suspect re-entered the vehicle and fled prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a black male, 5'5"-6'0", 160-200 lbs., with black hair, a beard, and brown eyes, wearing a white t-shirt. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY (late), 2020-05300058, 2700 block of Washington Boulevard. At approximately 8:23 a.m. on May 30, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 1:09 a.m. on May 30, an unknown suspect gained entry to a business and stole items of value and an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as an older, light-skinned male, unknown race, with a medium build, wearing a white shirt, dark pants and dark hat. The investigation is ongoing.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY (late), 2020-05310099, 3200 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 3:25 p.m. on May 31, police were dispatched to the late report of breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 6:30 p.m. on May 29 and 3:22 p.m. on May 31, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to a business, tampered with items, and left personal belongings behind. Nothing was reported damaged or stolen from the business. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2020-05290079 (late), 3200 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 10:23 a.m. on May 29, police were dispatched to the late report of breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 7:00 p.m. on May 28, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to a business and tampered with items. Nothing was reported stolen from the business. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
