REPORTS


UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2020-02220031, 2000 block of N. Adams Street. At approximately 2:29 a.m. on February 22, police were dispatched to the report of a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim located an unknown suspect allegedly asleep inside her residence. Arriving officers located the suspect and took him into custody. Luke Morgan-Scott, 24, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry and Drunk in Public.

ROBBERY, 2020-02220212, S. Lincoln Street at S. Lowell Street. At approximately 9:02 p.m. on February 22, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim and suspect became engaged in a verbal dispute before the suspect stole the victim's skateboard and fled the area prior to police arrival. The victim was not injured. The suspect is described as a black male in his late 20's or early 30's, with short black hair, approximately six feet tall, wearing a black hoodie, dark sweatpants and black sandals. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY, 2020-02220143, 1000 block of S. Frederick Street. At approximately 4:00 p.m. on February 22, police were dispatched to the late report of breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 3:00 p.m. on February 21 and 3:00 a.m. on February 22, a known suspect gained entry to a residence, tampered with items and stole an undisclosed amount of cash. The investigation is ongoing.
