REPORTS


ARMED ROBBERY (late), 2020-02200089, 1000 block of S. Frederick Street. At approximately 10:45 a.m. on February 20, police were dispatched to Virginia Hospital Center for the late report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 9:43 a.m., the victims met with the known suspects. The suspects entered the victim's vehicle, brandished a firearm, assaulted both victims and attempted to steal their personal property before fleeing the scene. One victim sought medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries. Officers identified and took into custody the two juvenile suspects and obtained petitions for Attempted Robbery and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Robbery.
