"The Arlington County Sheriff's Office is proud to honor the men and women in this agency that have served in our military" said Sheriff Beth Arthur.  "I am proud of what these men and women do every day for the community and their service to our country, is to be both recognized and applauded."

These 47 staff members honorably served in the United States military prior to beginning their careers with the Arlington County Sheriff's Office.  Of the 47 staff members, 26 served in the United States Marine Corps, 16 served in the United States Army, 3 served in the United States Navy and 2 served in the United States Air Force.
