Update July 22: The Arlington County COVID-19 phone line is staffed Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Update July 10: The Arlington County COVID-19 phone line is no longer staffed on Saturdays. HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Update April 17: Based on usage data, the Arlington County COVID-19 phone line will now be staffed on Saturdays beginning April 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will no longer be staffed on Sundays.
Update April 3: The Arlington County COVID-19 phone line, established in March, will expand hours to include Saturdays and Sundays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning April 4.
Arlington County is expanding its ability to respond to inquiries and questions from the public by establishing a new call center. This additional call center will free up resources to help the County effectively minimize the public health risk posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Community members who cannot find the information they need on the County's website or through other resources, should call 703-228-7999 for assistance. The call center will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The County's coronavirus information webpage will continue to be updated with the latest news and information about the County's coronavirus response—and what the community can do. The webpage also provides information from the CDC about the virus, prevention, symptoms, testing, and more.
In addition, the County has shifted its weekly Inside Arlington newsletter to share news and updates about the County's coronavirus response. Community members who are already signed up to receive Inside Arlington automatically will receive this updated newsletter.
People with disabilities displaying a Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)-issued disabled parking placard or license plate have certain parking privileges in Arlington to ensure accessibility to businesses, services and residences.
