ATTEMPTED BURGLARY, 2019-12170133, 1100 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 1:47 p.m. on December 17, police were dispatched to the report of an attempted burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined that between December 16 at 9:30 p.m. and December 17 at 1:45 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) attempted to force entry to a secure storage area unsuccessfully, causing damage. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
