REPORTS


ROBBERY (late), 2019-08070205, Clarendon boulevard at N. Barton Street. At approximately 3:30 p.m. on August 7, police were dispatched to the late report of a robbery. Upon arrival, it was determined that between approximately 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. on August 4, the victim was walking in the area when he was approached by an unknown male suspect who attempted to engage him in conversation. The suspect then threatened the victim, brandished a firearm and demanded cash, which he complied with, and then instructed the victim to walk away. The suspect is described as a black male, 18-21 years old, 5'6"-5'8", 140-160 lbs., wearing black sneakers, blue jeans, a black short sleeve t-shirt an a hat. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY, 2019-08070143, 1500 block of S. George Mason Drive. At approximately 11:58 a.m. on August 7, police were dispatched to the report of breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., an unknown suspect gained entry to a residence, tampered with items, and stole items of value and the victim's vehicle. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY (late), 2019-08070192, 5000 block of 7th Road S. At approximately 3:04 p.m. on August 7, police were dispatched to the late report of breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., an unknown suspect gained entry to a residence and stole items of value and an undisclosed amount of cash. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.

GRAFFITI, ‪2019-08060052, 2400 block of N. Fillmore Street. At approximately ‪6:30 a.m. on August 6 police were dispatched to the report of graffiti. Upon arrival, officers located derogatory racial and gender terms written on a building and vehicle. There are no suspect(s) descriptions. The investigation is ongoing.
