REPORTS


INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2019-08280163, 5200 block of 7th Street S. At approximately 2:12 p.m. on August 28, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim observed the male suspect exposing himself and masturbating inside of his vehicle. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. He is described as a dark-skinned black male, wearing a yellow t-shirt, driving a silver Honda Civic. The investigation is ongoing.
