2018-08280054, 2300 block of Columbia Pike. At approximately 5:45 a.m. on August 28, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was inside a business when he observed the male suspect outside looking through a window while allegedly masturbating. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. The suspect is described as a black male, 5'10"-5'11", weighing 170-180 lbs., approximately 35-40 years old, wearing a grey and navy hoodie with the hood up, and black sweat pants.LARCENY,
