UPDATED: Police Seek Public's Assistance in Locating Critically

ARLINGTON, Va. — The Arlington County Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating critically missing 41-year-old Paul Lowe. Mr. Lowe was last seen at the Fashion Center at Pentagon City at approximately 2:00 p.m. on May 11, 2017. Mr. Lowe is described as a light skinned black male, approximately 6'2" with a slim build, bald with a small goatee. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt with blue jeans.

Mr. Lowe is described as having the mental capacity of a 10 year old. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr. Lowe is asked to contact the Arlington County Police Department immediately at 703.558.2222.
