Media Alert: Arlington to Host, Livestream Naturalization Ceremony

Arlington County is pleased to serve as the host for a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Naturalization Ceremony at the Arlington County Central Library on Thursday, March 30 at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will include the presentation of the colors by the Arlington County Police Department Honor Guard, the National Anthem, sung by Mayarí Loza, and the administering of the Oath of Allegiance by USCIS Washington District Director Sarah Taylor.

Fifty-eight immigrants from 28 countries are expected to participate. County Board Chair Jay Fisette and Vice Chair Katie Cristol will welcome and congratulate the new citizens. Board members will be available for interviews.

The event will be livestreamed on the County's Facebook page.
