REPORTS

RECOVERED STOLEN AUTO, 2017-0320011, I-66 East at N. Glebe Road. At approximately 1:55 a.m. on March 20, an officer on routine patrol conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle. Two juvenile male subjects that were located inside the vehicle were released to the custody of their parents. Charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY, 2017-03200158, 900 block of N. Stafford Street. At approximately 2:42 p.m. on March 20, officers responded to the report of a burglary. Upon arrival, it was determined an unknown subject entered a hotel room and stole numerous items of value. Earlier in the day, an employee of the hotel witnessed an unknown male subject enter the room and it was later determined that this was not the hotel guest. The subject is described as a black male in his twenties, approximately 5'08"-6'0" tall and was wearing a black crew cut and heavy black jacket. The investigation is ongoing.
