REPORTS

ARMED ROBBERY, 160518039, 5000 block of S. Columbia Pike. At approximately 5:22 p.m. on May 18, an unknown male subject brandished a firearm at an employee and demanded cash from the cash register. The suspect fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male in his thirties, approximately 6'0" tall and weighed 180 lbs. He was wearing an orange long sleeve shirt, blue pants, a black mask, and gloves.

ROBBERY BY FORCE, 160518021, 1100 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 11:10 a.m. on May 18, two juvenile males approached a kiosk in the mall and made conversation with the employee. While talking, one of the juveniles grabbed the employees cellphone out of her hand and fled the scene. The first suspect is described as a black male in his early teens, approximately 5'2" tall and weighed 110 lbs. He was wearing a grey sweater, black shirt, and blue jeans. The second suspect is described as a black male in his early teens, approximately 5'0" tall and weighed 90 lbs. He was wearing a red/gray jacket and blue jeans.

ROBBERY, 160519003, 1200 block of N. Fort Myer Drive. At approximately 11:46 p.m., officers responded to a robbery by force.  A lone victim was approached from behind by two juveniles who assaulted him and stole his cellphone. Officers on scene investigating were approached by a second male victim who advised he was also assaulted by two male juveniles who stole his cellphone. Officers en route to the call located two individuals matching the description of the suspects. Those juveniles were arrested and charged with robbery.
