MISSING JUVENILE (Found), 160606021, 2600 block of N. Stewart Street. At approximately 9:07 a.m. on June 6, police received a report of a missing 11 year-old Taylor Elementary student. The student and his parents had been in a meeting with a teacher earlier that morning when he became upset and ran out of the school. The mother followed the child but he ran into the woods behind Taylor Elementary and she lost sight of him. Police conducted a search in the area and the child was later located in the vicinity of Taylor Elementary, unharmed and was released back to his parents.

POSSESSION OF BURGLARIOUS TOOLS, 160607004, 5100 block of N. 33rd Street. At approximately 12:24 a.m. on June 7, officers were dispatched to the report of three suspicious males looking into cars with flashlights who fled the area on bicycles. Officers located three individuals matching the suspects descriptions following the investigation. Three suspects were arrested and charged. Kem Harris, 21, of Washington D.C., was charged with conspiracy to commit larceny, possession of burglarious tools, and tampering with automobile. Tyrone Parker, 18, of Arlington VA, was charged with possession of burglarious tools, conspiracy to commit larceny, and tampering with auto. Christopher Rucker, 21, of Arlington VA, was charged with possession of stolen goods, possession of burglarious tools, and conspiracy to commit larceny.
