REPORTS

TAMPERING(significant), 160614001, 5300 block of N. 22^nd Street. At approximately 11:30 p.m. on June 13, police responded to the report of an unknown subject in someone's backyard. After investigating, officers determined a male subject was seen rummaging through a vehicle and then fled. A male matching the suspect's description was later located by police, unconscious in the grass a short distance from the initial vehicle. Artyom Caravelli, 26, of Falls Church VA, was arrested and charged with tampering and inhaling noxious chemicals. He is being held on a secured bond.
