REPORTS

LATE ROBBERY, 160728003, 1200 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 7:00 p.m. on July 27, a known suspect snatched money from a female victim's hands and fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5'10" tall with an average build. He was wearing a blue shirt, dark jeans, and blue Adidas shoes. The investigation is ongoing.
