ATTEMPTED ROBBERY, 160224048, 500 block of N. Thomas Street. At approximately 8:15 p.m. on February 24, a female exited a white car and attempted to take a female victims purse. The victim fought back and the subject fled in the white car, which was being driven by a second suspect. The suspect is described as a black female in her late twenties, approximately 5'5" tall and weighed 140-150 lbs. She was wearing a blue scarf that covered her hair.
